I applied through other source. I interviewed at Euro Car Parts (Briston, England)
Interview
You first have a telephone interview with their recruitment team who’ll ask some basic questions. The recruitment team are extremely friendly & professional. If successful, you’re asked to attend a face to face interview with the branch manager. I ended up having 3 interviews with 3 different branch managers across the Bristol area. Each on asking the same questions. I was eventually told that I was too good to work there and the first manager who interviewed me was scared I would take her job! This was by far the worse interview process I have experienced.

What do you know about the area?
Do you know who our competitors are?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Euro Car Parts (Staines, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
The process was efficient and straightforward. An interview (one-on-one) was arranged a week after the initial application, and the interviewer was great at communication, showing consideration of external factors for an employee; the same can be said for further interviews.
