I applied online for the job of Junior Software Developer. Two days later I was contacted through email to arrange a Skype interview. The Skype interview was more of an informational manner, like getting to know each other and talking about my educational and professional background. A few days after that a face-to-face interview was arranged in the company's premises. The interviewers (2 Developers and 1 HR) were really easy going and the interview went smoothly. The second part of the interview was a discussion about technical knowledge, but not really hard. A week after the second interview I was emailed an offer which I accepted.

My experience was negative because of the response time and the working environment.
The test was a minor project which needed some changes.

Interview
A single quick interview with team leader. He asked about my working experience, my studies and some personal projects. Some technical questions, then some personal about my availability and my demands.After that, he told me that I had to do an extra test bu one day after that interview they called me to offer me the salary I asked.

Interview
First step was an one hour contact with the HR. HR was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable, focused on my skills and asked the right questions.
Then I took a 3 days tasks with 7 steps. Last step was a face-to-face interview. People in the company seemed very strict and the company seemed very structured.
Didn't end up with an offer unfortunatelly but I would definetely recommend this company as a job place.
