This was for a contractor position at SEH-A in Vancouver WA. First I applied online to a job that asked for some experience with Java and C programming languages (C, C+, C++ and C#) and some .Net experience. I applied and then got a phone call from Experis lining up an interview with SEH-A. I asked about the C+ in the job description (that should have been a red flag). It turned out after the whole interview process the development team consisted of had no programmers, just database managers without degree's in computer science, they had degree's in management, accounting, business and data annalists. Basically none of them knew the differences in languages or the face that there is no C+ language. So there was no technical interview or a good description of what they needed for work. And it turned out to nothing to do with Windows Development either.
