Exploria Resorts interview questions

Applied on LinkedIn and completed a phone screen and two on-site interviews. Thought the first two interviews went well and then never heard back after the final round. The final round lasted maybe 10 minutes, the interviewer gave the impression that he would rather be doing anything else than interviewing me. I feel like I didn’t get a fair shot considering I meet the qualifications. A week later after no contact from the recruiter, I received a generic no-reply rejection email. Couldn’t even get actual feedback on why they passed. Also, saw they re-opened the job the next day on LinkedIn while I was still waiting to hear back.

They reach out via email or phone to start the interview process. The 1st interview was with the HR recruiter. It's pretty simple; "tell me about yourself". Then you meet the director and hiring manager. It's the same, "tell me about yourself"
