The interview process was conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams and included a panel of four interviewers from different parts of the engineering and project teams. The conversation was structured, beginning with introductions and an overview of the Associate Engineer role, followed by a series of behavioral and technical questions designed to understand both my engineering background and how I work in collaborative environments.

Starting with the introduction, and most parts covered the resume and the work I had done previously. Position of Responsibility was covered mentioning my challenges and opportunities. Also, behavioral questions were asked on how I would behave in a particular situation.
