Really bad experience overall. Don't waste your time, they don't want hire at all!! Got the tech screen 2 weeks later after the initial call with the recruiter. Easy coding questions on a whiteboard session. Then onsite loop interview after another 2 weeks. The loop interview was scheduled for 4 hours but end up being less than 3 hours. Yes, I got early terminated for no reason. First round was one coding question about finding duplicates in an array, I gave the most optimized answer with 5 mins and then he asks me to code the worst way as well. Finished fairly quick. Then we move on to a design elevator problem. Covered pretty well. This round last about 45 mins. Second round was a debugging question. The guy hand over one document and bad code to me, the document itself has a mistake and we fixed it. After some chats, this round ends about 30 mins. Thrid round is program all the ways to blow up the system, i.e. create run time error. I provide three ways, CPU/memory/thread, all coded and got the anticipated result. This round last about 40 mins and the interviewer got kicked out by the next one. Then the fourth interviewer came in, he is the manager and only asked me about what questions I have been asked during the loop. After 5 mins, I got walked out by him. Got response from the recruiter three days later and want to schedule a phone call with HR. Three days later, the HR person tells me I got rejected and do not have any feedback. I was told to park in the garage next to them for 20 bucks or so, but in the end it turns to 45. My bad didn't check in advance and don't want to believe a company of this size does not offer reimbursement for parking.
