I submitted my application on the exact day before they closed the application entry (29th February). I don't remember when did they first call me informing that there were still APAC graduate scheme roles open, so I will start with the telephone interview invitation (20th May). I chose to do the telephone interview on 26 May. Telephone interview was with recruiter and was not very formal. Questions were about knowledge about FDM, IT and Investment banks, and the interviewer (my recruiter) was very friendly and patient. I received result of the interview the next day (passed), and got call within a week for confirmation of assessment day. The assessment day was initially scheduled on 14th June but rescheduled to 27th for some reason (which gave me a lot more time to prepare). The assessment day consisted of 1 to 1 video interview with one of the recruitment officers in APAC and three tests. No group interview or activities. After the assessment day I got an offer within 48 hours.
