I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
Online application on FDM's website - very basic, nothing difficult
Video interview - consisted of 4 questions: 1) Tell us about yourself; 2) Why FDM?; 3) Where has your interest in IT come from/Why IT?; 4) Are you geographically mobile/flexible, describe a time where you have been...
Assessment centre - very long and tiring process but very insightful. First had a welcome talk, highlighting the benefits, culture, history and growth plans of FDM, a tour around their London offices (everyone looked very bored and unenthusiastic), then we did 2 1 hour tests (venn diagrams and set notation and an IT aptitude test which had IT questions, non-verbal reasoning questions and other logical based questions), after lunch was the 30 minutes maths test and 3 5 minute interviews. Very interesting layout for interviews rather than 1 long interview. Interviewers were somewhat friendly and are only there to help you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1) Why your degree?
2) Why FDM?
3) Why IT? / Where has your interest in IT sparked from?
4) Which FDM cultural value best suits you?
5) Is change always a good thing?
6) Would you sacrifice quality when meeting tight deadlines?
7) What challenge(s) are you looking for in your next career move?
8) Apple or Android? - not a trick question as long as you can justify which you prefer and why the interviewer will be impressed
etc...

I was asked general interview questions (behavioral, technical).
The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England)
Interview
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
Thier margins are thin
