Interview
Had to do a video interview, all very well explained and allowed you to have a chance to practice for the real thing.
This was then followed up by a phone interview, asking about experience etc.
Final stage was then an assessment centre, they made it very clear that the only competitor in the room was yourself and that they would hire everyone if everyone was right for the company and vice versa. There was a presentation, before some tests, then tour of the building and then more tests. The afternoon was the interviews, three 5 minutes interviews.

I applied online and a few days later received an invitation to schedule a phone interview. They asked me about my resume, what I knew about the company and asked me if I'm willing to relocate in the future.
