First you get a 15 minute phone interview to determine if the company's policies are a right fit for you. ( you have to be willing to travel to another location for work if the situation arises). Next step is a group session where you are invited to take an assessment test on your technical skills, logical skills, and management skills. Then you meet with a representative for a general interview session. If you are accepted for this assessment day, then you are called for another inperson interview.
