First step is the phone call, which is basically introduction.
Second is you are given an assessment with technical and prerecorded questions: what is your hobby? how would you tackle a new situation? prepare some star questions. The tech assessment is a bit tough and tricky. around 35 questions. Then virtual interview :- technical and behavioral.
