there were 2 parts of the interview. strength and technical aspects. it was smooth process with fdm. during strength interview, the managers would guide interviewee and were very attentive while finding ways to help with the flow. it is a great way to start a career for fresh graduates or mid careers.

Interview
First they schedule a phone interview and ask about your university experience, Then you have a phone interview about what positions are you interested along with technical questions (sql, java, etc). Then you have a technical and behavioral interview. The technical can be difficult depending on who you interview with, but the behavioral is easy.

It was a very engaging process, and the recruiters were very helpful, and they really want you to excel by giving lots of tips and even mock interviews. The final interview was assessed at their company for both technical and competency skills. They really emphasize on candidate's aptitude and eagerness to learn
