Games test then interview call then assessment day with 3 people - be aware of the assessment day where no matter how well you answer if there is no diversity among 3 interviewers for an ethnic minority, chances of getting through are low

They will prepare you but they gave 3 white individuals for assessment day where regardless of how well answered, they were not going to allow me through - a shame from a so called inclusive company
Panel interview with technical based questions. The answers provided will be scored individually by each person on the panel. They will then get back to you with their results. The interviewers are welcoming and try to establish a rapport with you.
Three interviews with different stakeholders. Various questions on how you deal with situations/ difficulties that arise, overcome problems, situational judgement style questions etc. Interviewers were friendly but the process was quite long
