I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Family Video (Wisconsin Rapids, WI) in Sept 2010
Interview
I applied online when I saw the "Now Hiring" banners on the store's front window. I was contacted that same day to set up an interview time two days later.
When I got there, a lady pulled me behind the shelves and asked me a few simple questions. She was very nice, smiled a lot, and even talked a little with me after the interview.
I was also concerned about working in the "adult room", but the lady said most people don't like to, and I wouldn't have to step foot in there if I didn't want to. It wouldn't affect my chances of being hired.
She told me I would be contacted if I was offered a job. I was never called.
very relaxed. No hard questions. Just wanted to see if you were a decent human being or not. Was mostly concerned with my schedule as a student and how fitting work into my schedule would work out.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Family Video (Michigan Center, MI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Call you in and ask you questions about your life and why you want to work there. Very nice interview process, nothing too difficult or hard to do. Even ask you some fun questions about personal interests
