Interview
Meet with store manager. If you pass that you have to take a test based on math and english skils. If you pass you move on to an interview with the District manager, then Regional manager. Each asks the same questions to make sure you were honest during previous interview

Interview
I went in for one interview with a store manager. After that, they asked me to take a test. It took about an hour and it was mostly math, spelling, and other SAT type material. After the test, I cam back in for an interview with a district manager. About 48 hours after that interview, I was asked to come in to meet with the Regional Manager. All of the interviews were similar. They all asked a lot of questions in regards to my hobby's, goals, and experiences. From start to finish, the whole process took about 2 weeks.

Interview
You sit in the middle of the open store and have an interview with customers trying to get around you to look for movies. Very unprofessional. It makes it hard to focus on the interview and then you have to take a test to see if you basically know your ABC's.
