I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Sept 2011
Interview
Website for applications is good. Took almost two weeks to get back to me. Had a phone interview of the basic hiring process, was told I would need to take two tests online, one regarding attributes, the other basic math/reading comprehension. Received the email link quickly and response of pass/fail quickly. Another wait to hear from a local interviewer to schedule an appointment the following week. Met two managers for interview, I would say relaxed setting. They asked me direct situation questions regarding my work history.

Interview
3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.

Interview
Claims adjuster. Follow up, take calls, follow up with customers, agents, body shops, claims it’s ok I like it a lot. Would recommend to new adjusters looking to get started
