Casual interview outlining the day-to-day business operations of the agency. Job specific questions that allowed me to express my potential assets to the company. The interviewer made me feel comfortable during a normally nerve wrecking situation.

Question 1
What type of leader or boss do you think you would work best with?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Carrollton, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
In-person after an initial online screening process. This was with an Independent Agent at a remote office. It was typical of commission related sales positions. Promises of ultra high salary after several years. This position did not offer any stipend or reimbursement for the training period, however, background checks, online training classes and State tests were reimbursed, once (and if) successfully passed. Turn-over rate was very high and successfully moving through the process actually required proving the ability to provide a minimum amount of qualified leads for insurance products.
