Easy interactive. Not too challenging make sure to go over the StAR method. Remote virtual interview 3 stages. Set of 10 questions pretty straight forward. I went through hiring manager and two supervisors.

Phone interview with questions discussing personal and professional endeavors. Then transitioned into the format behavioral questions using STAR format. Personally used STAR throughout the entire interview as a best practice.

Q: Walk me through a time when you had to troubleshoot a minor technical issue that you were having.
Q: Tell me about a time you had to deescalate an angry customer. What did you do in the situation and what were the results?

Interview
After applying for the position, within the same week, a recruiter reached out and requested a typing assessment to be done as well as scheduling a 45-minute phone interview, during which I felt significantly pressured for time and rushed. They were not patient whatsoever.
