Farmers Insurance Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was contacted quickly and had one interview. The HR rep was cordial and straightforward. She advised that a decision would be made quickly and the the associate rep called within 48 hours to present the offer. Questions covered situations and events on various customer interactions from negative, to positive and how would one handle one she presented.

The interview process was very easy. One Zoom interview, one on one with a team leader. I received an offer about 2 weeks after the interview. The questions were all behavioral type questions.
