I attended an interview with FedEx about a month ago and was informed that I had been selected for the role. However, I have not yet received an offer letter. Whenever I follow up with the recruitment team, they mention that there are some internal changes taking place, but they are unable to provide a clear timeline for when the offer letter will be released. At this point, I am unsure whether I should continue waiting for the offer or start actively looking for other opportunities. Has anyone experienced a similar situation with FedEx or another company? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
