I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Seattle, WA) in May 2011
Interview
Process was pretty easy. Starts with a 15 minute phone interview, then they have you come in for a one on one interview with the manager. After that, you take a urinalysis and a background check. You get a job offer after that.
Easy and the questions were from a script. Generic questions that were not difficult. Read from clipboard and was interviewed in person by 2 managers. Interview took about 10-15 minutes.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a problem and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2008
Interview
Initial phone interview after applying online. Went in for in person interview with the shop manager a few days later. Friendly staff and employees, but clearly a production-oriented environment. The main issue is the process of the job offer and drug test. The drug test occurred before the job offer, which is inappropriate and possibly illegal. There is no negotiation on hourly-rate after the fact so don't say "$9 or $10" and expect them to be fair with actually offering something reasonable ($9 is too low). Google "kinko s**ks" and you can see the overwhelming negative opinion of them.
