Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and told about the company. Then I was instructed to view a webinar. During the webinar the company was throughly outlined, explaining insurance, their processes, and agent commissions. After the webinar I was contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was offered the position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Federal Financial Group (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2012
Interview
I was contacted by one of their recruiters and watched an online presentation. Then I paid $287 to work as an agent for the company. There was a promise of free appointments by which you could sell financial products to interested prospects. After that, I had an in-person interview with the sales manager who asked what my goals were with the company. I then had to memorize a 12 page script and pass it off on camera.
I was recruited by a social media acquaintance based on my behavior. It was by the district coordinator. No formal interview. They seek those that are willing to work for your success and create every dollar you earn.
