I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (London, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
Business attire but otherwise very friendly and relaxed, for the questions at the end we had a chat about the books I could read to progress further and also we spoke about the process involved if I was successful in this stage and progressed to the next stage

Question 1
mostly motivation based, some industry based/situational questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Process entails four stages once application is sent:
1. Pymetrics test - a sort of personality test which determines what roles you are best suited for
2. Phone interview - discusses motivations for role, for the company and why you have applied
3. Face to face interview (in person or over Skype) - longer, more in-depth interview which involves questions about your knowledge of the industry/the role, was also more technical
4. Assessment centre
I only made it to face to face interview, hence my experience doesn't apply to assessment centre.
Had the same interview for both the phone and face to face interview. She was really nice and helped put me at ease. Even though I didn't make the assessment centre, I was still eligible to receive feedback which I thought was a really nice touch.
For a company of their size, Fidelity were fairly prompt with their replies and the whole process didn't drag out as these often do.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online then go invited for either a Skype or telephone interview. I had an interview with someone from the equity research division, not HR. Asked standard questions, why fidelity, why equity research etc. Very friendly interviewer. Went through my CV, asked me numerous questions on my work experience. Then asked if I had any questions to conclude.
