Interview process for all rounds they took around 1.5 months from consultancy and conducted 7 rounds of interview in last moment said by consultancy didn't recive consolidate feedback properly--all feedback rounds done after that they didnt inform the reason, wasted my time to drag 7 rounds.

Knew people internally and so interview was not a formal process. They knew my capabilities and it was delivered when I was hired. Team of architects interviewed informally. Analyst also were involved in the process.
