The interview process was intense, but seemed overall formulaic and cold. It gave the feeling of a company that does not care about the people who work there. Their process included a phone interview, cognitive ability tests, and then an in person interview. The cognitive tests were not hard, but the interview was daunting. Especially since my interviewer was being reviewed so an additional person was observing.
