First I had a phone interview where the interviewer went through some basic questions. Then, about a week later, I had an in-person interviewer with one of the program managers. The woman doing the hiring seemed to be very formal which is not as common at Fidelity. The interview went well and I made it into the last round, but was not offered the job.
