I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Jul 2015
Interview
Started with a phone interview, then met with someone from the hiring department, then your third process is meeting with two hiring managers. When you meet with the person from the hiring department, it is generally pretty easy, it did not last very long at all, she asked me about my resume and what I knew about Fidelity. My third interview with the two hiring managers was another story. One of the hiring managers seemed to be new or training to be a manager (he was the one asking the questions), and there was another hiring manager (a little older, and he was basically studying me the whole time). That individual interview only lasted a few minutes (they only have a maximum of 10 minutes with you anyways). Always being two copies of a resume and stress customer service if you are interviewing for the same position as a financial advisor (customer service).

Interview
A couple a phone calls with a couple of zoom meetings. They were quick to get back to you. Glad you were able to speak to the right people right away and it was pretty quick
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Mar 2024
Interview
Long, drawn out, but covers everything well. They ask very diligent questions and ensure you are the correct fit. A big company so do your research beforehand. Be sure to know your stuff and come prepared.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Smithfield, RI) in Feb 2024
Interview
Hard process. Will not consider if you don't have a 3.0GPA. Received my decision 20 mins after I applied which was no. If you haven't heard back from you application in 20 min that's probably a good sign.
