I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Oct 2023
Interview
First was a screening phone call with a recruiter who described the position and asked me what I knew of the role and your typical behavioral interview questions. The second interview was over the phone with the same recruiter where I was asked to detail what I knew about the SIE/Series 7/Series 63 licensing exams, as your first 3 months of the job will be dedicated to studying for and passing those exams. The third and final interview was with a team member who also asked more behavioral questions, questions on the exams again, and why I saw myself at Fidelity and working as a CRA. They detailed the position itself and what it would look like and left room for any questions.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Interview
Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
