Very reliant on employee referrals and on campus recruiting at local colleges. Applying via the career website, at least for internships, will for the most part be futile. You will be asked to interview with the managers of several departments.
Simple easy question during 3 rd year and for the intern role and it was based kn how enthusiastic and able to learn you appear it happened for very short time

First step of process is a Hirevuew, then 2 interviews with 2 interviewers each time that are from the specific business area that you applied to. Questions are mostly behavioral and some general technicals. Heard back a couple of weeks after the interviews.
