I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter and completed a screening interview. I was asked to complete a practice SIE exam and encouraged to research the position and company in more detail. After a week, i had a follow up with the recruiter who confirmed my interest in the position and scheduled a video interview with career hiring managers whose responsibility was primarily interviewing potential hires. In preparation, they provided helpful resources to read and interview prep guides. They emphasized strongly to provide specific case examples structured in STAR method responses. The interview was well organized and structured.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Interview
Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
