1st call: overview of the role 2nd call (with recruiter): more in depth questions, credit check 3rd round: zoom interview with hiring manager behavioral questions use the STAR method (positive/difficult customer experience, know the exams)

First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
