Started off with a phone interview with the first hiring manager which lasted about 20 min. I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. Overall that went well. The second interview was on zoom with a different hiring manager. It was one of the worst interviews I ever had. Ivan, the second hiring manager, was not very professional. He was drinking throughout the interview and sounded very robotic while asking questions. He wasn't clear with what he was saying and seemed distracted by something. The pay is not good, it's only 45K a year and that's paid hourly. I asked about career growth and he said there's no career growth at all. Very odd.

I had one initial phone screening and then a 30 minute phone call with more STAR based questions. I have my 1 hour zoom interview with the hiring managers coming up
