I interviewed at Flex (Pune) in Apr 2023
Very very bad experience. I cleared the first technical round and they asked me to do an exhaustive case study. Full financial model and 14 questions in Word file. Most companies conduct discussions round after submitting a case study. But in Flex, they just waste 2 days of your time doing a case study and do not even bother to call for a discussion. Very unethical
- How do you forecast revenue from electronics company

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Flex (Columbia, SC) in Mar 2023
Very Informative regarding the company and the position responsibility. Work 36 hours instead of 40 hrs is a change and decrease in pay. Long hours standing and verifying data and analytical processes.
- Have you ever made a mistake?

I applied online. I interviewed at Flex
Really Terrible Experience. There is no standard hiring process followed, they are not even clear about what they need and waste the candidate time with long process. almost they took 1 month processing for interview with splits of 3 rounds each week. Finally when asked for the results they never responded properly. After many follow up very cool they replied your candidature not suitable for the position - Seriously? Then why shortlisted the profile making the candidate to attend till HR rounds

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Chennai
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flex (Chennai) in Feb 2023
Worst experience. There were three rounds of discussion and i cleared all the three rounds post which when they asked about salary i asked for 20%hike for which they were not interested and asked to join for same package which I am currently getting. The salary criteria should have been discussed before without wasting candidates time. I wasted three hours of time on three consecutive days. Please don't even join this company even if one gets offer. Worst to the core.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flex
Interview was easy. Simple phone call setup on zoom. Didn’t ask any technical questions, just asked to describe my current role. They wanted to hire internally but just needed to interview candidates outside. Be aware about this
- Describe your current work role

Standard interview process. First the typical HR phone screen, then one interview centered around your resume and talking about the company. Second interview was technical interview, just logical questions. The interview process and simple and relaxed. They don't try to be intimidating like some companies. My only complaint is that you never hear back if you're rejected.
- Q. How would you improve this production line that has a holdup at point B?

I applied online. I interviewed at Flex
Terrible experience. They are not even clear about what they want and waste the candidate's time with the long process. I attended only the case assignment ( used for shortlisting) round and the 1st interaction wherein the interviewer is more interested in knowing your past experience than anything else. There was no clarity as to what is expected out of the role. The HR told they are looking for someone with good hands-on analytics experience while the interviewer told, they are looking for someone with "business finance" experience and not analytics experience. Seriously? Why even shortlist and make candidate work through ridiculous assignment ( which has nothing to do with finance) and waste their entire week if the candidate's resume doesn't even mention work-ex in the domain that you were expecting? The HR was also uncourteous and gives rude replies to emails upon asking for updates.
- CV Based questions. Questions on the solution of the assignment.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Milpitas, CA
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flex (Milpitas, CA) in Oct 2022
Not too quiet sure how the interview process looks like still i am curious. i applied sept 13, received a phone screen with the recruiter and asked me some basic questions, then after 3 weeks and 4 days received an email for a technical interview. The technical interview had two people and each individual composed of diffrent coding questions. i felt like i aced that well, but both told me the recruiter would keep me posted, some days passed and still no feedback yet, currently waiting.
- In the coding interview were just some leet codes which i already knew one was an easy question and one was a medium question, one composed of stocks and the other was merge interval intersection.
