Questions were asked on Core Java, Collections, Multi threading, Spring, Hibernate, HLD/LLD.
I was told that they have budget as per my expectations. But once interview process was over with positive feedback which I got in person and few more discussions regarding title selection. At last they did not release offer due to CTC for which they agreed at screening level. Commonsense question is if you don't have budget and in dilemma to afford such CTC, why did you not work with hiring manager at screening level?
Suggestion to candidates - don't attend this company if your expected CTC doesn't match with glassdoor metrics.
CTC is paid for talent. Not for years of experience or some other factors. I was rejected just based on my experience and expectation which I cleared told them I don't negotiate at the screening level only.
