Several rounds of interviews, both on the phone and in-person. I literally must have spoken to 15 people from this company. They brought me in for an all-day interview where I was there for close to 7 hours. I was told I was in the top 3 candidates. I left, and I never heard from them again. Obviously they chose someone else, but they didn’t have the courtesy of at least sending me a follow up to tell me that. Such a waste of time, why put me through all that to just never say anything again?
