I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Melbourne) in May 2015
Interview
Appeared a group interview with six of us altogether. First, they showed you a video about Flight Centre for about 10 minutes, then the manager explained about the role and the software they use to book flights. After that, an assessment of about 20 minutes took place. It was interesting because I did not find anything like this glassdoor before. I went everyone's experience in glassdoor before the interview and I thought I was well prepared but I did not see this coming. Anyway, we had to go through a case study first, then pick up the best travel plan according to the case and finally book off the required flight details use the handbook provided. There is only one answer to this exercise and I think none of us got through.

Interview
Had to do phone interview, then assessment centre, then references. Then we got an offer to work 45 minutes away from home. Unfortunately I couldn't travel but it sounded ok.
