I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Flip Flop Shops (Virginia Beach, VA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Laid back, not intimidating interview process. I had two interviews- one group and one sales floor interview. Both took about an hour with each manager who were both really helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Also, one of the managers told me to email her if I thought of any questions between interviews and responded almost immediately which I appreciated. I went to each shop for the two interviews so I got a chance to get to see each one and decide on where I wanted to work.
