Interview consists of zoom call and listening to an audiobook or podcast on your own and listening for a while before the session starts and you will have to listen for the next hour to hear what the speaker has to say.

Interview
After applying, they will call you to schedule a skills test. If you do well on the skills test, you will get called for an interview. A few days later, you will know if you got the offer.

Interview
First there's a group interview. Everyone is gathered in a room and given general job description & expectations. Then you go into a different room for the typing test. If you pass the typing test, you will be brought back for an individual interview, with three ranking employees. They take turns asking random questions, then escort you out.
