Applied online. Next day received invite to the assessments. 1. Basic Skills Test - has some math and verbal skills must 30 out of 40 correctly. 2. One minute typing test. 3. Computer literacy and Internet knowledge test. I passed everything then was sent an email to pick an interview time for two days later. I was nervous and let them know. I was interviewed by two people, they read out questions and typed my answers. Both were very nice. I was able to relax a bit. That same day received an email saying I passed the interview. Day after that received a call to set up getting fingerprinted. I also received the new hire packet to fill out. There is a pledge you have to get notarized. You have to scan all the documents and send them back in within 48 hours. I did everything on the same day I received them. 4 days later, I received an email from Office of Background Screening, they found an expunged record I had from when I was 13 and I needed a notarized statement of expungement so basically I had to tell them what happened and why. I sent that in same day as well. 3 days after that received another email from Office of Background Screening stating they sent over my documents to the hiring manager. Follow up with them for any updates. I did but didn't receive any reply. I waited a couple of days and sent another email. They responded this time saying my documents were still pending. They would get back to me when it was completed. Didn't here anything for a whole week. Was getting nervous but then today, a week after the email, received a phone call with an offer to start in a little over two weeks. Said they would send the official offer in 24 to 48 hours. I applied online on March 18th, 2023 and I received the phone offer April 11, 2023. The process took about 3 weeks.
