Fluor Interview Questions

Short starts with HR then with the hiring manager. You get call from the HR for first screening then F2F interview. Later an interview with the hiring manger who has the final decision.

There are multiple rounds of interviews. Employees all seem nice initially and tell you reassuring things but end up ghosting you. I asked for feedback multiple times and never heard anything back and they just never responded after multiple rounds of interviews.

One day interview process starting from Technical Interview to HR Interview and then they will contact you if you qualified afterwards. Technical Interview focused on project experiences, experience with previous company, process flow of overall project, demo of how an equipment works, and they also gave brief overview of what to expect in the company as well.
