The interviewers are friendly and there are lots of opportunities to ask questions. there were 2 interviews, 1st HR then with manager. some technical questions about the area of specialism. technical questions about thermodynamics.They ask you about experience , trouble shooting and behavioural questions .With technical questions, the most important thing to remember is to be honest if you don’t know the answer; if you can make an educated guess, or explain how you would find out the answer,

Initial interview with top heads of Sri Lankan branch
They check subject knowledge and relevant experience+ communication PR skills
Last interview was with group HR manager he has his own way of interviewing which was a new experience for me
