Interview process was very simple was contacted by temp agencies and completed an interview with Ford upper management. Completed all paperwork with temp agency and was moved to the Ford facility. Was contacted few month later for a position and started weeks later for the first day of training.

3 different interviews with 3 different panels. Asked questions with STAR answered needed answered. Called the next day for another interview and then again the following day. Waited 2 weeks and got the call.
Asked good questions about experience. Was not terribly difficult. They were fair and did not throw many curve balls. One phone interview, and one in person interview. I would recommend working here.
