Overall Ford take a lot of time for hiring process for me took over eight months to have a job offer, I had a draft interview around December last year with the hiring supervisor, then he told me that he will get to work with HR team for a formal interview process, I didn't hear back from the company until March next year, I got a call from a new supervisor and got the interview around mid April from there it took another month or so to have a job offer. In general to apply into Ford is better to know someone who can make a recommendation on your behalf improves a lot the speed of the hiring process from months to weeks.
