Three hour interview with multiple people and then lunch. The interviewers asked multi part questions but allowed me to take notes while interviewing. This is a very big company with many subcultures.

A phone interview from Recruiting. Then depending on the position it might be one or more interviews. First interview would be just a conversation based on resume. Next one would be a Hands-on assessment. Pairing assessment is a must for software positions.
