One 2 hour interview with a dev team to cover what project I'll be working on and to gauge how I work in a pair programming environment. Received positive feedback after the interview and got a verbal offer, but it was retracted when HR found out I did not have a Bachelor's Degree.

General thoughts on programming, experience with pair programming environments. Interview was driver-navigator where the interviewee is the navigator so not a lot of pressure. Interview coding followed a test driven approach
