Applied through school website, had to do an IQ and written test then got an on campus interview within a couple weeks. The interview was about an hour with two product development managers.

Interview
Very fast paced, short 30-min interview, where they asked me numerous behavioral questions. Then I had to complete an assessment online, where you have 10-min each to answer some questions to test basic math and english skills. In addition, there was a Ford culture fit quiz which had you rank reactions to situations you might see as an employee.
