No recruiter screen. The recruiter and co-ordinator reached out to identify times for interviews with the hiring team. 1st interview was with 2 Associate Directors. Asked behavioral questions (interest in role, etc.). Cases are very lightweight and are interviewer led. Second interview was with Director and Executive Director. Case was very short, no quantitative component, and no need to write anything down.
