Everyone in the room was either a direct supervisor that you will work under or a direct parallel team.

What do you give the most importance to in a project?
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company in Mar 2024
Interview
Talk about yourself and your personal background. Pretty much just walk them through your resume.
Next part was the technical section, asking about your previous work project/experiences, and technical info regarding manufacturing( PLCs, NCs, etc.)
It consisted of a board of five interviewers from different areas asking how my skillset would be adaptable to each of their respective backgrounds. The process took a little over an hour.
