Interview
The process included several phases: an assessment center to scope group dynamics and interactions, then a multiple choice quiz including logics/mathematics/statistics/general industry knowledge. Than some candidates were selected for an excel test followed by an individual interview
Looked for cultural fit, received a return offer the following day. This was for a 3 month internship. No return offer given the merger with another company during the same year.
