It was fine, generic interview questions, straightforward interview process, asked me the basic questions about why I'm passionate about immigration law, seemed to be a big focus on high workload, fast-paced environment so it seemed like a lot of work.
Interviewers were personable. Job expectations laid out clearly, which I appreciated. They were transparent about workload and the kind of support the team currently needs. Seems like a wholesome supportive team based on interview questions asked. They definitely want someone with experience.
A two part interview process with a screening phone call to discuss experience and then a substantive interview with at least 4 attorneys at various levels on the team you are interviewing for.
